FlowParallel builds automations for small and medium businesses. This page explains what this website and our WhatsApp number actually do, and what is and is not a commitment on our part.
The example on the home page
The appointment enquiry that plays on the home page is a demonstration. It runs entirely in your browser, uses a fictional customer, and does not read a real message, check a real calendar, update any record or contact anyone.
The enquiry form
When you submit the form, your name, email address and description of the task are sent to us by email, and we send a confirmation to the address you gave. We use them to reply to you about a free automation audit and nothing else. Sending an enquiry does not book anything and does not create an agreement.
The WhatsApp assistant
The WhatsApp button opens a conversation with our business number, where an automated assistant answers. It is software, not a person, and it uses an AI model. It can be wrong, and nothing it says is a quote, a booking or a commitment. A person from our team takes over when a conversation needs one.

Prices and proposals
There is no price list on this website, and nothing here is an offer you can accept. Every automation is a different amount of work, so we quote for the specific work after the free audit. A price is only a price once we have put it in writing to you.
What we describe as our work
LUMS Opportunities is an independent student community and a completed project of ours. It is not an official university body, and describing it here is not a claim of endorsement by any university. We do not publish figures or testimonials we cannot stand behind, so you will not find any on this site.
Using this website
The content here is for information. We keep it accurate and update it when things change, but we do not promise it is complete or that the site is always available. The text, design and logo are ours; please do not reproduce them as your own.
